A space design project for a bakery in Tel Aviv.

What distinguishes this project is that the marketing of the store is taken into consideration in the design of the store.

Marketing Concept:

A dessert store in the assembled dessert, this method we have developed, sells all kinds of ingredients from the baking world, when they are ready and ready, when the dessert is complete and perfect, and the customer will simply have to put together all the ingredients he has purchased to prepare the dessert, without an oven, no heat and no food mixer. Next to each shelf stand will be a prepared dessert and next to the dessert for the taste of the customers, at the stand of the shelves will be placed ingredients of dessert displayed and a small leaflet explaining what ingredients should be purchased to prepare the dessert and its stages of assembly. In addition, the store will have an organized stand for baking the house baker, whose pastries will also be sold in the store, and will give advice to the store's customers about baking and preparation techniques, and will conduct orderly workshops. In addition, each month will be a central theme that the store places an emphasis on, so that each month the subject will be replaced by desserts adapted to the subject that will be prepared by the customer. This will also affect the presentation of complex desserts using the same method.
